History & Archaeology SocietyMeetings are held in the John Corbett Room, Droitwich Community Hall, Heritage Way, Droitwich Spa, starting at 7:30pm.

Our aims are:

  • To provide a focus for interest in the town's past.
  • To educate individuals and groups about local remains of human activity with a view to conservation.
  • To encourage the current level of knowledge through research into local history and fieldwork.

Activities include:

Monthly lecture meetings, occasional visits and tours, guided town walks, monitoring development projects and, where appropriate, comment on those applications which affect local heritage. We publish a twice-yearly newsletter.

Membership information

Membership valid from April 2017 - March 2018.

Full membership is £6 per person.
New members joining in December may join for £4 per person or January for £2 per person.

Meetings are held in the John Corbett Room, Droitwich Community Hall, Heritage Way, Droitwich Spa, commencing at 7.30pm: Admission : £2 members: £3 friends and visitors.

Light refreshments are provided after the meeting.
